Francys and Matt’s editorial Las Vegas elopement was such a vibe! These two are so sweet, and I had so much fun during our time together. They chose my Lucky in Love collection, which includes 5 hours of coverage. In my opinion, this is the best package because it allows us to tell the story of your entire elopement. They also added on a vintage-style video, which you can see below!
I first met up with Francys and Matt in their hotel room at The Venetian. If you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel to stay in and get beautiful portraits at, I highly recommend The Venetian. It’s a beautiful European-styled hotel that offers stunning decor, architecture, and a casino downstairs for fun slot photos. That’s exactly what Francys and Matt did.
I loved capturing the details and final touches of Francys getting ready, followed by portraits in their suite. She had her hair and makeup done by Beauty Hour. For the first time ever, we actually didn’t get in trouble for taking photos in the casino! It was super hot that day, so we avoided the outdoors, except for a few photos in the shade of their balcony walkway.
After portraits at The Venetian, we then made our way over to The Little White Wedding Chapel. We got portraits in front of the iconic entrance sign and then went inside to wait for their appointment time. Instead of using the Pink Cadillac, we pulled The Risky Ride into The Tunnel of Love. If you want your ceremony inside of a car but aren’t feeling the Pink Caddy, I offer a 1985 Cadillac El Dorado as an add-on to my elopement packages! It makes for such a cute prop for your Las Vegas elopement.
After their elopement ceremony at The Little White Chapel, we decided to stop in the parking lot with The Risky Ride and dig into their cake by Winston Marie Cakes (my favorite for cakes!). It wouldn’t survive the Las Vegas heat, so we had some fun with it, and Francys frosted Matt’s nose! After that, we went to Fremont Street for a few neon light photos, which is always a must when it comes to a Las Vegas elopement!
After their Little White Chapel elopement and downtown portraits, we made our way to The Shag Room at Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas. I had so much fun with Francys and Matt and loved having the opportunity to be their Las Vegas elopement photographer!
