Mayra and Carlos had such a fun Las Vegas elopement with their friends! These two were so upbeat, carefree, and so cute together. Mayra and Carlos first met back in 2019 while working at the same establishment. They eventually exchanged numbers and would stay friends for a few years before finally deciding to take each other seriously and making it official in 2021!
Mayra and Carlos got ready together at the D Hotel & Casino, had such a sweet Little White Wedding Chapel elopement, followed by hitting up downtown with their friends and getting tattoos! How fun is that?
Mayra and Carlos chose to get ready together at the D Hotel & Casino, which is right downtown on Fremont Street. One of the many things I love about elopements is that you can do whatever you want! It can be so fun and intimate to get ready with your partner, and we can also get some sweet photos during this time too!
Mayra wore the cutest short white Dorinda Dress from Meski, paired with a short veil, white heels with bows on the front, a lace garter, pearls to accessorize, and she even had mesh sleeves with their elopement date (4.24.2024)! It was such a cute way to personalize her look. (If you’re looking for other ideas, check out my “10 Ways to Customize Your Las Vegas Elopement“!) Carlos wore an all-black suit, which complemented Mayra’s look perfectly.
They also had such a cute white cake with their date on it as well. After getting ready and some cake fun, we then made our way downstairs to the casino for some fun slot portraits!
With their hotel being right on Fremont Street, it made exploring the downtown Las Vegas scene so easy! I loved these two and their vibes! They were truly so much fun. We also got some portraits in front of the Fremont Hotel & Casino before making our way over to the chapel!
Once we arrived at the Little White Wedding Chapel, we got some shots out in front before their ceremony time. When you elope at The Little White Wedding Chapel, you’re supposed to check in 30 minutes prior to your start time. This allows us to get some more shots outside of the chapel and while waiting.
For Mayra and Carlos’ ceremony, they chose the original Little White Chapel. Mayra had 4 close friends of hers attend and Carlos had 5 of his close friends attend. It was so sweet to watch all of their friends witness their love, and they were such a fun group! It was important for Mayra and Carlos to keep their wedding day as stress-free as possible, and fun and light. I think they did such a great job in choosing a fun elopement in Vegas with their closest friends!
Mayra and Carlos deciding on getting tattoos at a downtown shop. Getting tattoos is SO FUN, and another great way to customize your elopement day. I love when couples choose to incorporate something like this into their day, and it also serves as a good memory (aside from your epic photos, of course) of the time you spent in Vegas with your lover!
