Downloading on Mobile:

Download the Full Gallery:

Step 1: Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the gallery and select ‘Download Full Gallery’.

Step 2: Choose ‘Download to Mobile’.

Step 3: A zip file will download to your device. Locate this file in your device’s ‘Files’ app and extract its contents to view your photos.

Download Individual Photos:

Step 1: Tap on the photo you wish to download to open it.

Step 2: Tap the downward-facing arrow at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Select the desired image quality and choose ‘Download to Mobile’.

Step 4: Once the image loads, press and hold it, then select ‘Add to Photos’ or ‘Save Image’ to store it in your device’s photo gallery.

Download Selected Photos:

Step 1: Tap ‘Select’ in the upper right corner of the gallery.

Step 2: Tap on each photo you wish to download to select them.

Step 3: After selecting your photos, tap ‘Download and Share’, then choose ‘Download’.

Step 4: the desired image quality and tap ‘Download to Mobile’.

Step 5: A zip file will download to your device. Locate this file in your ‘Files’ app and extract its contents to access your photos.

Downloading on Desktop:

Download the Full Gallery:

Step 1: In the gallery, click the downward-facing arrow in the upper right corner and select ‘Download Full Gallery’.

Step 2: Choose ‘Download to Computer’.

Step 3: A zip file named ‘photos.zip’ will download to your computer. Locate this file in your ‘Downloads’ folder and extract its contents to view your photos.

Download Individual Photos:

Step 1: Hover over the photo you wish to download and click the downward-facing arrow.

Step 2: Select the desired image quality and choose where to save the photo (e.g., ‘Download to Computer’, ‘Save to Dropbox’, or ‘Save to Google Photos’).

Step 3: The image will be saved to your chosen location.

Download Selected Photos:

Step 1: Click the downward-facing arrow in the upper right corner and select ‘Multiple Selection’.

Step 2: Choose the photos you want to download by selecting them individually or using ‘Select All’.

Step 3: After making your selection, click ‘Download to Computer’.

Step 4: A zip file will download containing your selected photos. Extract this file to access your images.

Ordering Prints From Your Gallery:

*PLEASE NOTE* Printing your images at drugstores can change the color tones of your photos and decrease the quality. Having them printed at a professional print lab makes a HUGE difference – trust me. Ordering prints from your gallery is super easy, and still comparably priced to drugstores. Even if you choose to order prints elsewhere, I highly recommend researching labs online before heading to your local Walmart.

Step 1: Select the Image : Hover over or tap the image you wish to print. A ‘Buy’ icon will appear—click or tap on it.

Step 2: Choose the Product: In the Quick Buy menu, select the type of product you desire (e.g., Prints, Frames, Gallery Boards, Downloads). Customize the product by selecting size, paper type, frame color, etc.

Step 3: Add to Cart and Checkout: After customization, click or tap ‘Add to Cart.’ If you’d like to add more items, select ‘Continue Shopping.’ Otherwise, proceed to checkout by clicking or tapping the cart icon and following the prompts to complete your purchase.
