Hey there! If you’re ready to download your photos but need a quick walkthrough, here’s everything you need to know. You can download images directly to your mobile device or desktop, so you can access your photos however you like!
Accessing Your Gallery / Single Photo Downloads:
Click on the ‘View Photos’ button in the email I sent you with the link to your gallery.
You can download them all at once by pressing the down arrow in the top right corner of the gallery page.
OR you can form a favorites list by flipping through each photo individually and “hearting” your favorite ones. Once you create this list, you can access it by clicking the heart in the top right corner of the gallery page. You can then download only your favorites.
OR you can download photos one-by-one by clicking through photos individually and pressing the down arrow on each photo.
Downloading on Mobile:
Open the Gallery Link: Tap the link provided to open your gallery in a browser.
Download Individual Photos or Full Gallery: For single photos, tap the download icon on each photo. For full gallery downloads, tap the “More” menu (•••) > Download.
Enter Your Email & PIN: If prompted, enter your email and the download PIN. Probably not, but maybe.
Save to Device: Choose your download location (My Device, Google Photos, or Dropbox).
Tip: Ensure you have enough storage and a solid internet connection for faster downloads.
Downloading on Desktop:
Open the Gallery Link: Click the link to access your gallery.
Download Entire Gallery: Click the download icon in the top-right corner. To download all photos, select “Select All” and click download.
Enter Email & PIN: You may need to enter your email and a download PIN. Probably not, but maybe.
Save & Unzip Files: Once downloaded, the images will be saved as a .ZIP file in your Downloads folder. Right-click the file and choose “Extract All” to access your photos.
Tip: For the best experience, use a high-speed internet connection and ample storage space.
Ordering Prints From Your Gallery:
Printing your images at drugstores can change the color tones of your photos and decrease the quality. Having them printed at a professional print lab makes a HUGE difference – trust me. Ordering prints from your gallery is super easy, and still comparably priced to drugstores. Even if you choose to order prints elsewhere, I highly recommend researching labs online before heading to your local Walmart.
Find the image that you would like to order a print of.
Select the ‘Cart’ icon while hovering over the image. If you click the image, you will see the cart icon above the image.
Select the size and type of print you desire.
Continue Shopping or Checkout.
Once you have added all the photos to your cart, click the ‘Cart’ icon at the top of the page.
Make sure all of the images are cropped correctly. You can edit the crop to your liking.
Click ‘Checkout’.
I hope this was helpful! Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
