When April and Robin reached out, they weren’t planning a wedding… Not technically. They already had a full-scale wedding in Cabo with friends and family a few months prior. They came to Las Vegas for something entirely different. When their inquiry came through, I knew it wouldn’t be traditional. But I also knew it wouldn’t be performative. It was going to be well-styled, intentional, and fun. The final gallery from this day was later picked up by People Magazine, but the intention behind it was never press. It was about a celebration of their marriage that was entirely for them.
They got ready in a stunning suite at the Wynn. April wore a sculptural white mini dress and pearl heels. Her hair and makeup done by Aiga Beauty and Olivia Rose looked effortless, but stunning. Her bouquet, designed by Night Garden Floral, immediately caught my eye: black, red, and silver with a rhinestone-studded heart nestled into one of the blooms. It was graphic and bold, and perfect for where the night was taking us.
Robin wore a crisp black tux with zero embellishment, which made their visuals as a couple feel balanced and sharp. Everything about their look was minimal but deeply considered.
Before heading to the chapel, they cut into a cake from the one and only Winston Marie Cakes.
Once we arrived at A Special Memory Wedding Chapel, April and Robin stepped into what can only be described as vintage Vegas at its best. The chapel has been hosting weddings since 1971, and somehow still holds its charm. The ceremony was brief by design, but the interior offered no shortage of visual texture.
Red velvet pews lined the aisle. A gold chandelier hung overhead. Stained glass panels framed the altar. Every detail leaned into the pace, personality, and history of Las Vegas. A Special Memory Wedding Chapel doesn’t try to be timeless, it doesn’t need to be.
After the ceremony, we stepped outside to the chapel’s drive up wedding window, where my 1985 white Cadillac Eldorado, the Risky Ride, was waiting. With its vintage white exterior and red leather interior, it feels made for Las Vegas.
If you’re drawn to that classic Las Vegas wedding chapel feel, A Special Memory Wedding Chapel might be the perfect pick for you. It has all the Vegas energy that makes eloping here fun and unforgettable.
